

Dr. Lee Jae-sung is an Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN) specialist who began performing HIFU procedures for uterine fibroids and adenomyosis in February 2010. He pioneered the adoption of the comprehensive MRI-Integrated HIFU procedure for the entire treatment process of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis. With over 3,000 diverse HIFU treatment cases (as of September 2024), he ensures safer HIFU treatments based on extensive experience.
Dr. Lee Jae-Seong is the physician who has achieved the highest number of successful, safe HIFU procedures and the most reported cases of pregnancy and childbirth following a HIFU procedure.
He has presented at the Korean Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology congress 10 years in a row (2012–2021), given invited lectures at OB-GYN societies abroad and published HIFU research in international journals, and continues to treat patients and carry on his research.
