Enhancing the Safety and Accuracy of Treatment The MRI-Integrated HIFU Program achieves successful therapeutic outcomes by enhancing the safety and accuracy of the procedure. This is accomplished by utilizing advanced HIFU equipment and applying the Ministry of Health and Welfare's New Medical Technology, Ultrasound-Guided High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (US-guided HIFU), and by comprehensively performing ultrasound imaging and pre- and post-procedural MRI scans.

Assessment: Accurately identify the location, size, and shape of tumors (such as uterine fibroids or adenomyosis) using pre-procedure MRI results.

Planning: Establish a treatment plan, including the output size and entry path for the High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) energy.

Execution: Conduct the HIFU treatment guided by the pre-treatment plan, utilizing fused ultrasound-MRI imaging and real-time ultrasound guidance.

As an image-guided therapy, HIFU outcomes are objectively
evaluated using pre- and post-treatment contrast-enhanced MRI with NPV assessment.
High Intensity Focused Ultrasound Treatment

STEP1 Before MRI PROGRAM

MRI scanning to assess the possibility of malignant transformation before the procedure and to analyze hidden malignant lesions.

STEP2 MRI PREGRESS MONITORING

3 STEP HIFU PROGRAM = Uterine Fibroid and Adenomyosis
Non-Surgical treatment system

MRI scanning analyzes the condition of the uterine fibroids (location, number, size, shape, etc.), the blood supply and blood flow of the fibroids,
major adjacent organs and structures, and the feasibility of securing the ultrasound firing path.
Furthermore, precise ultrasound (analysis) determines the number of uterine fibroids to be removed, the number of treatment slices
and volume of each slice, the fibroid ablation margin, and the correlation between the fibroid and adjacent organs.

Follow-up and Observation Program A pre- and post-patient management system operated by expert medical staff with over 16 years of HIFU treatment experience.
Verification of the degree of absorption
of the treated lesion and the risk of recurrence.
